If you want to join the club...SEND A NOTE!!!!! I'm getting so fucking SICK of repeating myself! I only accept join requests in the form of NOTES, NOT PAGE COMMENTS. From now on, if you leave a page comment asking to join, I will ignore you. SEND A NOTE! And please write JOIN in the subject line so I know what it is you want. If you wish to show me your Gorillaz related art so I can add it to the club's favourites, you may also send a note about it, subject ART or something similar.
I DON'T READ THE PAGE COMMENTS!!! So don't bother asking to join that way, SEND A NOTE I am saying this many times because it is STILL not getting through to people. Sending a note isn't that hard, jeez.

And now...a word from your president.

Congrats to for winning the contest this year! You will have your ID used as the official ID for the club for 2008!
We're looking for a new ID for the new year, it must include the whole band (2-D, Russel, Murdoc and Noodle) and have the club's name somewhere on it. There will be a vote for the winner, and the final winner will have their ID used for the club for this year!

You probably already know Murdoc Niccals is on Facebook here [link] and he recently spent an hour online on his Facebook answering fans questions.
Other news includes whats the band is up to right now, nothing has been heard of Noodle since her May Day message from an antique radio in the basement of Kong Studios, after her antics in the El Manana video. According to Murdoc, 2-D is languishing on a Jamaican beach and Russel is 'exploring his inner demons' somewhere in Brooklyn. So they're pretty much almost like they were when they had a rest after Phase 1. Except Murdoc isn't in a Mexican jail and 2-D isn't at a funfair.
We all want to know of course, when they will be back. I suggest you make friends with Murdoc on Facebook because its most likely any updates will come from him first.
